The placement process for the program takes six to eight weeks. The process includes Pre-Placement activities, Placement event and Post-placement support.

• Pre-Placement Activities
  All students will have the opportunity to learn about the top IT companies in India through online and face-to-face presentations. Placements commence with a series of pre-placement talks (PPT) by recruiters to the student body about the organisation, their philosophy and their expectations.

• Placement Event
  The bulk of the placement process is during a three-week placement event at the end of the program. However, the process of final interviews and placements may go on for more an additional month. Companies select suitable candidates, draw up a shortlist and inform the career management team, who in turn update the students. Companies then hold interviews during the placement event and make offers.

The career management team will equip you with the tools needed to effectively leverage your key strengths in securing your chosen job.

• Post-Placement Support
  The career management team will coordinate with the companies and students to ensure that offer letters reach the students and that the acceptance letters reach the companies.

The team will also help students that did not get placed during the Placement event to find a job within other companies in the IT industry.
