  What is Yogyata ?

• •   Yogyata is a full-time, face-to-face training program for the IT industry.
  •   The focus is on Application Development.
  •   The program is currently offered in the Bangalore campus of IIIT-B.
  •   On completion of the program, students get a Certificate in Software Development from IIIT-Bangalore.

  Who should join Yogyata ?

• •   Yogyata has been designed for students that have completed their college degree and are looking to join the IT industry as an
       Application developer.
  •   Applicants need to have a B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. / B.Sc. / BCA degree to join the program.
  •   The program is suitable for students that have a non-computer science as well as a computer science background.

  I am a fresh graduate looking for a job in the IT industry. Why should I join Yogyata?

• •   By now, you would have realized how difficult it is to find a job in the IT industry.
  •   The current situation is miserable. This situation may well continue for the next year or two.

• •    Yes, Campus Placement opportunities are available to all students that have enrolled in the program.
  •    No, we do not guarantee a job. We provide all the required training, but at the end of the day, it is the student’s responsibility to
       use what we provide and acquire the necessary competencies to qualify for a job. We will do everything we can to help you along
       the way.

  When is the next batch of Yogyata?

• •    The next batch of Yogyata starts on in January 2011.
  •    Admission is currently cosed. The admission process will open in October 2010.

  What is the duration of Yogyata?

• •    The duration of the Yogyata program is six (6) months.
  •    Students enrolled in the program are expected to spend 40-50 hours per week on various learning activities associated with the program.

  What is the fee for Yogyata?

• •    The program fee is Rs.50,000 only.
  

  How do I enroll in the Program?

• •    In order to enroll in the program, you need to first fill up an Online Application (click on Apply Now on the top right of this page to do so).
  •    If your application meets the Admission Criteria, you will be invited to the IIITB campus for an Interview. If you clear the Interview, you      will receive an Offer letter.
  •    Once you receive the Offer letter, you need to submit a signed copy of the Offer Acceptance letter, Terms & Conditions document and a      Demand Draft for the program fee.
  •    Once we receive your Acceptance letter, we will notify you by email and send you instructions on registration process and schedule of      classes.
